1About DoseScribe
DoseScribe is an educational pharmacy simulation and learning platform designed for pharmacy students, healthcare trainees, educators, and healthcare professionals. The Platform provides:
- Interactive pharmacy dispensing simulations.
- Clinical pharmacy learning modules.
- Assessments, quizzes, and clinical scenarios.
- Progress tracking, metrics, and educational certificates.
- Comprehensive healthcare training resources.
DoseScribe is intended strictly for educational and training purposes only.
2User Eligibility
By using DoseScribe, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age.
- You are legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.
- Information provided during registration is fully accurate, truthful, and current.
- You will utilize the Platform solely for lawful educational purposes.
3Account Registration
3.1 User Accounts
Certain premium or interactive features require account registration. Users may be required to provide a full name and email address. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account. DoseScribe reserves the right to suspend, lock, or permanently terminate accounts involved in unauthorized, abusive, or prohibited activities.
4Acceptable Use
Users agree that they will not:
- Use DoseScribe for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- Share login credentials with others or permit unauthorized third-party access.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our core systems, databases, or API infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute platform code or database records.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, malware, or copyrighted content without explicit permission.
- Disrupt platform functionality, routing, security, or load balancing.
- Attempt to falsify or manipulate simulation scores, certificates, or educational records.
Any breach of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
5Educational Purpose Only
DoseScribe is designed solely for educational, academic, and simulation training purposes.
- Does NOT provide real medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
- Does NOT replace licensing, training, or professional consult of a healthcare expert.
- Does NOT guarantee clinical competency or exam success.
- Should NOT be utilized to make real-world patient care decisions.
All educational materials, simulation calculators, and prescription guides are designed as supplementary learning aids only.
6Intellectual Property
All content, software, simulations, interactive modules, calculators, illustrations, graphics, branding, assets, logos, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of DoseScribe unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, modifying, scraping, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform without prior, explicit written permission.
7User Content
Users may submit educational answers, simulation feedback, discussion threads, profile customization files, or details through the Platform. By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own or have the explicit legal permission to submit and use such content.
- The content does not violate any third-party rights, trademarks, or copyright laws.
- The content is appropriate for clinical and academic educational use.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content, while granting DoseScribe a perpetual license to process, store, evaluate, and display it for platform educational functions.

Your use of DoseScribe is also governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which outlines:

9Platform Availability
We aim to keep DoseScribe fully functional and accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee constant, uninterrupted access. The Platform may occasionally experience:
- Routine or emergency maintenance downtime.
- Technical server and cloud provider issues.
- Network disruptions and global internet routing problems.
- Feature updates or core framework modifications.
DoseScribe reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
10Third-Party Services
DoseScribe integrates with trusted third-party cloud services:
- Google Firebase
- Google Play Services
- YouTube Embedded Player API
Use of these modules is subject to their respective terms and privacy models. DoseScribe assumes no liability for the policies, uptime, or practices of external third-party entities.
11Data & Educational Records
DoseScribe collects and processes learning logs (simulation completions, score sheets, calculations, certificate credentials, and quiz responses). These data files are primarily used to customize learning dashboards and elevate our core simulation models.
12Disclaimer of Warranties
DOSESCRIBE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES. DOSESCRIBE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FIT FOR PURPOSE, QUALITY, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, AND PERFORMANCE.
13Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOSESCRIBE, ITS FOUNDERS, TEAM, AND PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF CLINICAL OR PERFORMANCE DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, TECHNICAL FAILS, EXAM PREPARATION DISCREPANCIES, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SIMULATIONS.
14Termination
DoseScribe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, block, or permanently terminate user accounts and access key credentials if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, attempt hacking or scraping, or misuse simulation resources. Users may discontinue platform use at any time.
15Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect new features, infrastructure patches, or legal changes. The latest revision date is updated at the top. Your continued usage after revision releases signifies agreement with modified Terms.
16Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
